Air-Cooled HVAC Condensers:
In addition to the coating for condensers, we also offer evaporative filter pre-cooler systems for air cooled HVAC equipment. Air-cooled condensers are constantly exposed to ambient dust, moisture, weather damage and temperatures that make it impossible to achieve consistent efficient performance. We are proud to offer the Chilling Filters product which provides a filtered, sub cooled air stream into the inlet of the air-cooled coil, which keeps the coil clean and efficient, even on the hottest day, when you would typically lose efficiency and the ability to create peak tonnage. Our customers report losing efficiency and tonnage within thirty days after cleaning their coils, without the Chilling Filters system. This system provides protection, efficiency, reduced maintenance cost in labor and chemical use. Our customers are reporting consumption and demand energy savings in excess of 15%.
